- Sit in a comfortable pose, relaxed, and motionless during the entire exercise.

- Release the pose by rubbing your palms together firmly, place them over the face and warm the muscles.
- Bend your upper body forward until the forehead touches the floor. Rest the arms relaxed beside the head on the floor, ensure the blood circulation into the face muscles. Remain in this pose for a few minutes, slowly come upright, and open the eyes.
