I was happy dwelling in the past, worries from future struck me hard.
I was happy thinking about future, baggage from my past burdened me again.
As I observed my breath, both the past and future ceased to exit…

Join us for a session on ‘Breath Awareness and Meditation with Music’. Let us sit together and focus our energies on the present moment. Being in present seemingly should be one of the easiest things to do but we find it extremely difficult to practice it. In the session, we would try being in present using the tools from yogic practices and under the guidance of a teacher.
